Didn’t arrive?

Wait five working days after your billing date. Still nothing? We’ll refund you.

Damaged?

Let us know within two working days of delivery. We’ll refund you. 

Here’s how:

  2. Details: Share your order number and let us know the reason for your refund request.
  3. Processing: Once approved, we’ll process your refund promptly back to your original payment method.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
